Very poor receptionist. Not welcoming for patient at all. Looking to you like a stranger. I am sorry to say but this was the reality today I sow in my own eyes, when I have drop my close friends to urgent care.

Cannot comment as a patient only as a visitor. Car park is a joke. They let in as many cars as arrive without there being any spaces. I drove round and round for 45 minutes before i found a space. They have you over a barrel as there is no where else to park. They charge you from when you enter not from when you park as they now use ANPR cameras. So all the time you are trying to park you are being charged! Worst Hospital car park!

This is not a good hospital. It’s probably fine for perfectly healthy people with minor, insignificant issues. But anything more complex than ... a stitch or x Ray, then they are woefully unqualified. If you or your loved one has any serious or life threatening issue. I strongly advice you to seek treatment else where. They were pretty bad pre covid. But have since become substantially worse. They do not answer their phone, they do not provide updates on patients, they are all extremely rude, and always always always without the proper facts. You’ll be given a different version of diagnosis and events by each person you speak to... when and if you do manage to actually speak to a person whose able to answer your questions. Patients are left in a soiled state for extended periods of time, they don’t feed people who are unable to feed themselves, they do not respond promptly to patients medical needs ie, when it’s time for them to be given medication. I would not wish my loved ones to be treated here, and I strongly advice you do not either. I am almost certain, that in a few years an investigation will be done on this hospital and we will be shocked at the extent of the problem here.

I was referred to this hospital by 111 and was very impressed by how professional and attentive the doctors were in the A&E department. They went above and beyond to identify the problem and give me an accurate diagnosis. I made a speedy recovery, thanks to their hard work, and will be recommending this hospital to others. My only criticism would be the reception staff who weren't very friendly and could have been a bit more welcoming.

Amazing place to work! The management is very supportive of staff and always looks for improvements for the hospital’s facilities for patients, visitors, and employees.
