Delighted with our new inset stove, purchased to replace Jetmaster open fire. Helpful advice from Andrew, on his initial visit & installation went very smoothly 3 weeks later. Andrew went the extra mile, personally dropping off leather gauntlet gloves, we ordered after stove was fitted. Would highly recommend the Stove House.

From the moment we stepped through the door Lara made us feel very welcome and what immediately stood out was her experience and superior product knowledge which helped us to choose exactly the right one. Andrew was very helpful and his knowledge is clear. We bought a stove and fire place installed by Andrew's team who altered the existing opening forming a very precise opening and a stone fireplace made to fit. Nothing was too much trouble, installers were very clean and tidy and the install was completed over 2 days for the opening then 2 days when the fireplace had been delivered. Very happy with the result, looks fantastic and stove works well.

I have had a Woodburning stove installed at the rear of my house which consists of three smallish rooms, study, utility and rear hallway. No other heating out there and in winter it was freezing. Not now. I cannot believe the heat this stove gives out. I could not be happier. From initial enquiry to installation and after sales service all the staff were brilliant.
