Super service - really friendly, affordable and speedy! I ordered a set of polyhedral dice with quite a delicate font, the biggest 20 sided dice was about 23mm and the edges needed to be sharp and accurate. I emailed for a quote and got a reply almost immediately! The prints came out perfectly with no sagging edges, no big dips on any of the faces and the font pin sharp. Phil had arranged the supports so they didn't touch the numbers on the faces of the dice, which added a personal touch to the service rather than just taking a file and printing it, he took the time to make sure the dice were going to be easy to clean up and come out perfectly, which was really appreciated. The dimples left by the supports were easy to sand off and the resin they were printed in didn't inhibit the cure of the silicone used for making a mould of them either. Having read so many horror stories of dice makers fighting with their 3D printers and being charged 100s for their prints, I feel I hit the jackpot with Midlands3D who printed my dice with no bother at all, perfectly, and had them delivered in a couple of days, for 30. Total bargain in my opinion. Thank you all so much for making my first forray into 3D printing so accessible and straightforward. Super professional and high quality service at a great price. I am in the process of ordering my 2nd set!

This is my first time using a professional 3D printing company. The parts I have ordered were very small, which required a high level of precision. After placing my order I gave Midlands 3D Printing Ltd a phone call, and one of their colleagues was able to talk me through all my questions. My questions covered a full range of topics, from \how long it takes to print\ to \how good is the finish quality\. The man on the phone was able to provide all the answers to me, and even agreed to give me a call back after the prints were ready - before posting them to me, so that we could discuss the finish quality and how well the parts work together. I received a phone call the next morning, ensuring me that all individual parts printed without issues and were of a high level of accuracy, and the most important thing for me - they fit and worked together without any friction! This was a huge relief to me, and as soon as I received the package - it was as easy as plug and play, no post-production sanding / filing work was required. Needless to say I am extremely delighted with the quality produced, the customer service provided throughout the whole process, the genuine \care for any fussy customer\ that was clearly demonstrated, and the top-market prices unmatched by anyone else. Thank you Midlands 3D Printing Ltd! I will be back with more quirky designs soon! P.S. Replaced xbox 360 controller horrible dpad (arrow keys) with new separated 3D printed buttons, as well as ABXY buttons to have a PlayStation variant. See attached image.

Don't bother, 3d print uk is cheaper and better quality. And their staff are way nicer too. Edit: I have purchased from you multiple times, and I tried to resolve it with your staff only to be met with, \We'll give you 10% off your next order\ not worth the hassle honestly
