The MiHomecare team have been a great support not only to my father but to me while my dad has recevied care while in his home. Their patience and understanding is second to none. I wish I could do more to show my appreciation than just leave a review. Fantastic ladies manning the phone and a very competent team. Thank you for everything.

Mihome care have been looking after my father Daniel in Ramsgate for the past year and half, I can not praise this company enough, he was paying for 2 half hour visits twice a day 7 days a week including the xmas period, they never let us down they were always on time and they always stayed the complete 30 minutes not like other companies that literally walk in and straight back out again which leaves you paying for half hour but actually you only get 5 minutes worth of care. Mihome care is the best in the area and if I was to need a care company again this would without any doubt be my choice. *****5 star rating all day long*****

They left my mother wirhout a care call for 3 days as they simply forgot her I complained to the manager and was told if I don't like their service then I can take my mum elsewhere. They refused to apologise.

Avoid at all costs! The Thanet coordinators are really lazy and don’t care about the support workers at all! My work was changed constantly and I was never informed. I always had large gaps between work and when you go to the office they’re always eating chips and complaining about their Company. Promise hours that don’t materialise. Very disappointed!
