Can never fault the delivery staff ,very reliable.Coming up to a total of 40 years, of door step delivery for us.The only down side I feel,is the prices are a little eye watering now! Understand cost are high to provide this service , but slightly lower price structure would increase turnover greatly.

Unfortunately I am having problems with Milk & More overcharging me. I have tried for the past week to email them and to phone them but like a lot of companies at the moment customer services has declined from bad to worse. So far I am owed 18 for un delivered items. My emails are ignored and you can not get through on the phone.

I have been a customer of this company for 15 years - in that time they have delivered my organic milk in recyclable glass bottles without fail. Superb service and product - and if their other products are to the same standard I more than recommend this company and it's staff, both delivery and office - thank you Milk and More, especially our smiley milkman

Worst customer service I've ever known... John (no) Starrs, the milkman, clearly does not understand, nor care about his customers or their needs. When he's asked not to deliver, he delivers and then when the next delivery is due, he does not deliver. We have had to pour milk down the drain because he's delivered when asked not to and its sat in the hot sun all day... a complete waste of money. And when he's challenged what does he do? He closes your account, simple and childish. Talk to the Yeovil hub...? They never answer the phone. Talk to customer services, they are unable to resolve anything because Yeovil won't co-operate with them and besides, they never call you back. Why bother with Milk and More when they don't care? The Milk Station near Gillingham sell's fresh milk, half the price straight from the farm, that's what I recommend.
