Have just had a kebab delivered, I asked for all of the sauces, it came with a tiny amount of chilli and watered down mint sauce, I phoned the shop and politely told them that my order was incomplete and they offered to deliver the sauces, this took 5 minutes and when it came it was chilli and mint sauce again! I was told that I was in the wrong despite BBQ sauce and various others available on the website, he corrected me and told me that the website said that I was only allowed to order one sauce so their poor decision was to save a few pence, I'd have happily paid more! I asked him to take my now cold Illuminous green kebab and to issue me a refund and he refused and drove off. I feel that this shop might as well have stolen my money as I have paid, waited and have not and will not be eating a mint sauce flavoured cold shish kebab! I will use the chip shop on the same street in future and will be posting on Facebook and telling all of my friends and family about this. I am not happy at all! ****Edit*** I have taken the kebab to the kitchen ready to bin it and the chicken isn't cooked! I am so glad that I didn't eat it after all! I will never eat here again

Uncooked chicken from these have given me food poisoning. Won't eat from here again. Had mixed meat and chips and the chicken didn't seem right. Always had good food from here too.

Absolutely gorgeous, one of the best fish & chips places in Cardiff. The code was cooked to perfection , my pets had a half of my portion . Very good service, I had to wait 5-6 min cos they've cooked it fresh. Will have it again

Ordered mixed meat kebab. Only good thing about it was the donner meat - best I've eaten in Cardiff. Sadly for the chicken, is it cooked?, Huge amounts of fat/grizzle it's inedible. Don't bother ordering if you like chicken kebabs, go to Haks Fish Bar.
