We were lucky to get a table without booking for a late lunch on Sunday. The steak and ribs were great. However, the service was a little slow and not very professional. E.g. the waitress didn’t get us extra plates for sharing the starter. Or, she didn’t asked us about the second round of drinks... so we didn’t bother to order. Otherwise, it was a nice afternoon. Thank you.

Had a wonderful meal at Miller and Carter in the Hayes on Saturday 28/11/20. Had the best customer service off Alice ( ‘The Irish Girl’ ). Warm welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend for a night out.
Our first experience in Miller and Carter. Our waitress the lady with the purple hair really made our experience special. she made us feel really comfortable and made our anniversary very special a night to remember. The food is beautiful and the staff were really friendly and welcoming great night will definitely be back.
Food tasted great as usual. Waitress excellent too. Steak was cooked so well. However, the steak sauce served with the meal was less than half full and the sauce topping on the lettuce non existent. Hopefully a one off.
I have always had an enjoyable experience at Miller and carter in The Hayes , however today was anything but. My mum and I ordered the Cod in Batter, however there was very little cod within the vast amount of batter, and together with a handful of chips was left feeling hungry and ill with indigestion afterwards. I Informed the waiter about the lack of fish, who in turn informed the kitchen, feedback to myself was a shrug of the shoulders. Certainly not worth the money.
