Such a waste of a great location. Went in there after Saturday morning parkrun when it should be very busy. Coffee machine not working and no one appear to have any intention of trying to fix it. The rest of the food was bland, beige and of poor quality. Unimaginative decoration, dark and dank inside. A shame as it could be so much better without much effort

Nice location but cheap interior and below average food. Baked potato average. Scones were completely stale and inedible and when we pointed this out nobody volunteered a refund.
Went on a half term afternoon at 3 to be told you can only order food to be taking away. Waited in a queue to then be told there no food being served without any explanation as to why.
Loved this coffee shop. Came in while my car was being serviced, beautiful surroundings in Jesmond Dene, friendly staff and fresh food. I can recommend the raspberry and white chocolate muffin and cappucino. I shall be back for another visit, thank you!
Terrible food and service ! Stodgy sugar coated food with no healthy food choices. Desperately in need of new management and staff. The outside area near the education centre is dirty and uncared for .

Served stale cakes, sandwiches on sale were out of date (waitress whispered this to a colleague), asked to 'keep noise down as there is an exam happening upstairs' which is sad for a supposedly family-friendly cafe.
