Another positive experience with Hyundai Bletchley. Took my car in for it's MOT and a full service yesterday. Fantastic customer service from Barry, as always. Good to see a familiar and friendly face. All work was completed in a timely manner and items which required my attention were clearly explained to me. Car was cleaned to a valet style standard, very impressed!. Keys sanitized before being handed back to me. Masks worn by all members of staff who I saw. Overall, felt very safe and confident during this trip. Would not take my car anywhere else after having previous disappointing experiences with other Hyundai dealerships.

Fantastic and efficient service from Betchley Hyundai from the booking phone call to the re-delivery of my car. Especially in these times, it was refreshing to have the car collected for it's service, cleaned and valeted and delivered back to me well ahead of schedule. Really pleased with everything and my car is running very smoothly.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Went in for an annual service on my year old car. I have always been impressed with the staff and the way they treat customers; this time was no exception. The car was serviced to my satisfaction. Salesmen around are good fun to talk to about new cars. Their COVID measures are appropriate too. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I can't fault Hyundai Bletchley in any way, shape or form. From buying my car in March they have kept in regular contact, the most recent being to advise me my service was due. When I rang to arrange this I was asked if I'd like my car collected and returned. This was so helpful as it saved me having to arrange lifts to and from the showroom. I was called beforehand by Laura to check if it was convenient and arrived within minutes to take my car. She rang again when it was ready to bring back and explained what had been done and advised the car had been completely sanitised. Perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Well done Hyundai Bletchley . 5* service
