Even in the face of the pandemic the staff was friendly professional and very welcoming they made are first meal after lockdown pleasurable and relaxing the outside area is breathtaking. The food as always was exquisite still the best Thai I've even eaten. Thank you to all the staff. 5 star *****

Beware the if the phone does not answer it means they are busy but importantly do not want your business tonight. Always 5 star, this week they lost a star. Food is great, staff are friendly. If you can get served its 5 star. However, on Tuesday when you call several times on both numbers and leave a message. They are always popular so you drive down to order takeaway before they get busy. They politely ask how they can help and say no takeaway tonight we are fully booked. Yes with 50% off diners. Even for full price takeaways. So tonight when I pointed out I left a message Tuesday and still had no call back, it was explained that is not how it works. There is no way to let customers know when we are not doing takeaways. Seriously! Hence my first line, if they dont answer try another time.
Had a lovely evening with the family. First time at Blue Orchid and the food was gorgeous. We all had the set menu - so much food but each dish was superb. Would definitely return, staff so friendly and polite and they didn't rush you either which was good. Thank you to everyone at Blue Orchid.
