Elaine @Brick House is an amazing person - very patient, understanding and helpful. Thank you so much for helping me move into the en suite @Bletchley. I'm hoping that one day; very soon you can help my family and I move into a 2 bedroom house which we so desire as we're currently leaving in different locations which very hard for all of us. I bought my first home through Brick House and I was very pleased with how smoothly it all went. Callum and Elaine work very well as a team and helped me every step of the way (including chasing up slow solicitors) and even assisted after the sale. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Disagreements happen - but I was treated very rudely by the manager Elaine, and the company, and I would therefore recommend avoiding BHP. They employ quite poor trades and don't fix things when you ask, even gas leaks. They also have a very aggressive form of property management where you are in the wrong by default which is intimidating. They employ dodgy trades and hand them your keys to come and go as they wish. One of them came in and left my lights and heating on full when I was away on holiday for weeks. Unacceptable. Left as soon as I could.

We are a landlord who gave bhp our keys to let a room, they did not bother to call us and keep us updated and yet haven't returned our keys after the room has been let. Elaine had organised the contract singing and a young man named Callum came from your company and asked for our gas certificate and a set of keys. BHP now denying taking the keys is dispicaple instead of owning up and being honest abut this mistake. We should not have to pay to change the locks because of their unprofessionalism. This is a security issue and we will not hesitate to report this to the authorities.
