Awful. Attended to register, was initially told me they'd have to cancel my appointment (when I was already there), then someone said they'd see me but they'd have to have lunch first (the clinic had been open 30 minutes). Had 2 cancellations and counting for my next appointment. Horrendous service, I'll be looking for a new clinic and wouldn't recommend
Staff are pushy and unhelpful. Make it difficult to get anything, saw Ella at school who was not understanding of the fact I was unable to visit the centre. They never bother telling me when they’re coming to school and it normally falls on a day I have my diabetes check ups. Always feel very uncomfortable talking to them as they force their beliefs on you. Better off avoiding and going through GP.
Kind staff although they may try and push their beliefs on you but they overall want the best for everyone and will find you good advice. Make sure you go before 12 tho as they get super busy when they open and you could waste half a day there.
Keep cancelling my appointments. unreliable.
