We ordered a selection of t-shirts and hoodies for our small business. The service from Emily at Cotton Roots was brilliant - super helpful and friendly, being very patient with all my questions! We are just setting up the business and Emily kindly checked our company logo before we finalised it to ensure it would embroider easily. The clothing is excellent quality and fits great. Embroidery looks fab. And the biggest draw to use Cotton Roots was that all items are ethically sourced and kind to the planet and people - something we take pride in and is very important to us as a new business. Had an incredible experience working with these people. It was my first time getting aprons and tote bags made and they were brilliant. It wasn't a faceless online form. There was a person on the end of the phone and it created such a personable and highly trust worthy experience. It's so exciting to be able to work with a company that think so deeply about the ethical quality of their product and are so professional. My garments arrived beautifully packed and spot on time. I highly recommend these people.
We had a client who needed a large quantity of Aprons for a roadshow event they where holding. We also had a tight timeline on this one. Cotton Roots where great in both quality and turn around. It didn't hurt that they came out the most competitively priced out of the suppliers contacted as well. Thanks to Emily M for all the help, will be defiantly be contacting them again if we have similar requirements in the future.
I came across Cotton Roots, in my bakery business, Amazing-Grains whilst sourcing materials from my flour supplier, Shipton Mill. I then realised that not only were they located just a few miles away, but they also shared my business ethics in sourcing ethical and quality materials. I asked them for some fair trade cotton aprons to which my business logo could be embroidered. They were very helpful, easy to work with and had my order turned around in just a couple of days. Highly recommended for quality and excellent service levels
