Went to Evans Cycles for a spacer to put on my freehub, as my 8 speed cassette had a small amount of play. Didn't have to wait long at all (considering the rush due to COVID-19) and after asking for a spacer, the friendly staff member quickly went around to storage and brought one for me. Brilliant staff, brilliant bikes - definitely will be coming here for my cycling needs from here on out.

The mechanic here is very knowledgable and provides great service. He managed to identify the issue with my bike in less than 5 minutes and told me the part that I needed to buy. I wanted to go out riding on the day so he provided a quick fix which worked a charm. The rest of the team always make sure I feel welcomed and are always ready to serve when able to. Good stuff guys!

Always great to deal with these guys. Popped in expecting to leave my road bike with them for a few days due a mistake I'd made when putting my headset back together. They knew instantly what the problem was and as it was a quick fix, did it there and then. Highly recommend

Bought a Tacx Neo 2T from this store recently. The guys in the store had excellent product knowledge and spent a long time with me answering my questions and showing me how the product works. They kindly set it all up for me so I'd be able to start training as soon as I got home and as the box was quite heavy, even allowed me to borrow a trolley to get it to my car. Really excellent customer service!

Chris went above and beyond to ensure my bike was available for me to collect and both Tim and Ash were also so hand to support my hand over process. The team are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Chris listened to my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer. These guys are super helpful with their knowledge & their generosity. I broke a bolt on my bike & they let me have a replacement to save me buying a new dropper post. They also advised how I could solve other issues I have with my bike. I will be back; thx
