Great gelato, authentic and a very good variety of flavours. Caffe espresso is my favourite! The cheesecakes and semi-freddo are incredible. Highly recommend this dessert company, they are set above the rest in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

We went here yesterday afternoon after a lovely meal and a walk around and a little bit of shopping too!! They don't have a massive selection of ice creams but we ate was really nice! We had a 4 scoop tub each at a total of 12.50,the ice cream was lovely but I don't understand what the extra charge is when you order certain flavours! They have sprinkles and all the works but at an extra cost of 50p each it can possibly be a very expensive ice cream!! However still great ice cream, price.....not so great!

Has been in Central Milton Keynes for years so must good. Salted caramel is lovely. An occasional treat as at over 3 a scoop it’s a special treat although I think my niece got a little extra from the lovely lady who served us. Thank you

Being italian i struggle to find fresh, good quality ice cream like i do in Italy, so many try without succeeding to satisfy my taste. The quality of their italian gelato is FANTASTIC!!! so many fabulous flavours and the team is really nice . I miss you Giovanni's Gelato, I can't wait to eat you again ....

Came in on Tuesday with my daughter and was welcomed by a fantastic server - Isabella. She was friendly and helped me decide which ice-cream to buy without being too pushy. The ice-cream was delicious and the server had a great knowledge on all the ice creams. She even explained how all the ice-creams were done by the owners!!!! Fantastic service, delicious ice-cream and even though it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it. Recommend!!!!

Ice cream is always good but this place was definitely amazing. I was extremely impressed with the lady that served me. Not only did she apologise for the wait (although it wasn't that long) she was also very professional and polite. The price for the ice cream is not too expensive but maybe slightly pricey although absolutely worth it as the ice cream is delicious and very yummy. I ordered 2 scoops and it was plenty for my friend and I. And I am a big ice cream fan. So portion sizes are definitely generous and well worth paying a little bit extra for. It's a shame that the nearest parlour is in Milton Keynes shopping centre and therefore will be a little bit of a drive for me...but definitely will go again. Highly recommend this place for a takeaway yummy ice cream.

The ice cream is brilliant! Unfortunately the staff can be quite rude at times. I stopped here after leaving Build-A-bear Workshop with my 3 year old daughter. She got very excited when she saw Giovanni's as she really likes their ice cream. We stood in the area where you are supposed to queue and watched while they served two other people that walked up after us on the other sides of the booth. I managed to grab the attention of a female member of staff and asked for a scoop of a vanilla in a tub. She advised that she needed to get some more out of the storage area. Whilst doing this she somehow got side tracked and served two other customers. After the second customer I asked how long it was going to be for our order. She simply replied "Oh, I forgot about your order. What did you want?" No apology, I told her again what we would like and she completed our order. Very disappointing but unfortunately not the first time I've had poor service. Keep going back because the ice cream really is that good. From a point of price, it isn't the cheapest but is worth the money as a treat. Expect to pay between 5-8 per ice cream depending on what you order/add etc.

Good ice cream, fair price but I didn't like the way the served us. If you have 5 people on the table dont bring 2 plates then hold the rest for 3 minutes. Especially when one came with 3 young children.
