I booked my Range Rover Sport in for some warranty work as i had a few issues JLR offered a faultless service and repaired the items in a professional and timely manor. They kept me updated throughout the process of exactly what was happening. When i arrived to collect my car, it had been cleaned inside and out and looked great. the cleaning team found 20 under the passenger seat to which they put in in the centre console with a note on it. So thank you for the great service offered, and the level of respect and trust throughout the whole team has been highly demonstrated. Thank you to Alice and all of the team for the great service received.

Over the past 20 months, my land rover life has been hell.. the 1st one has 28 issues including 2 breakdowns, replaced turbo, old parts refitted, parts falling off, seat failures and damaged by the dealership inside and out 4 times. It was then replaced by Land Rover with a considerable contribution by me only to have a similar experience. you pushed me too far.. both cars were brand new factory orders!.. 2 bad disco’s wow. bring on the BMW X7.

MY ADVICE STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUISNESS DUE TO NON PAYMENT I can not understand how this company can not pay me the money owed from a old unit returned for the surcharge refund when I had to pay for the part before they would deliver it the amount they owe me is over 3000 I would not do business with this company this money has been owed for weeks as they did not collect the part as arranged but they have had the old part for 10 days I am contacting the small claims court as they need to be put in there place

I needed to top up my ad-blue for my Range Rover Velar. I called on a Saturday and spoke to a chap who was very helpful and booked me in. On arrival everything was handled safely given covid-19. I enquired about a boot liner and a guy from the parts department ordered one in for me to pick up a few days later. In between times my wing mirror got damaged and needed replacing so I called the parts team who ordered in a replacement mirror for me. When I went to pick up my boot liner the team kindly fitted the mirror for me too! Whilst the phone wasn’t answered quickly and there was a little waiting around time when at the dealership I think it’s important to keep in mind that people are doing there best in complicated circumstances given covid-19. Everything takes longer because there is more to consider in terms of following government guidance to operate in the current climate. Overall great service. Many thanks!

Having had our car written off just before xmas we returned to speak to Damien who sold us our previous car andf he was so helpful and helped us through the process of purchasing a new one online due to COVID. For a couple of oldies this relieved alot of pressure for us and made the whole process so easy.
