It is still the best place for members to go for a lovely day out weather you catch or not. But it is hard to blank there.

Do not hire a boat from this company! We hired the Mary Jane for a day. We were given no table so sitting having drinks and snacks difficult. My friend touched the tap to fill the kettle and the tap broke - clearly due to its age! She did nothing more than use the tap for what it was intended! They withheld our 50 deposit for their old worn out tap! Disgraceful!

This was an expensive day out. Our boat was very old and on its last leg. It leaked badly with water pouring in the prop shaft and up the tiller tube. I touched the tap with 1 finger to get water and part of the tap fell off. This was clearly wear and tear. We were honest and told the office....they referred us to policy and withheld our full 50 deposit. Disgraceful. On return no one came to assist with docking ...fortunately it was parked very well otherwise I dread to think how much the damage could have cost us. It was a fun day out with friends and such a shame it was soured.
