I’ve had many such bad experiences with Milton Keynes hospital. now I’m scared for my appointment this upcoming week. that yet again I won’t get the answers or it will take months of me calling and being pushed backward and forward. When I’m in pain and can’t even stand up. And when I do have a appointment a lot of the the time IM having the ring the surgery or consultation crying down the phone as it’s an hour after my appointment and I’ve still no phone call. When I have been in your day case surgery the people that are meant to be helping weren’t compassionate at all. I woke up in agony and was crying, I was hurting and I got told to be quiet and shut up by one of the nurses . I said please please give me something to help the pain I then had my own notes thrown in to the air hitting me by the nurse. No one would help me so I discharged my self and then of course was back the next day in a and e with these pains that haven’t gone away today. I’m scared of my own hospital if I’m going to get a right answer or nothing at all. Constantly in agony at a young age isn’t fair. I’m not the only person that has said this about the hospital. I even have another girl in my EXACT situation. You a duty of care that I really don’t feel is being fulfilled and this was before the pandemic.

I've got two positive things to say about Milton Keynes University Hospital A & E department. Firstly they have a fully stocked snake machine. Secondly, you don't have to wait hours to get seen. Thanks Guys!!!

Just had a short spell in here. Thanks to the staff for looking after me. They always seem busy but cope very well under stressful conditions. Food was very good. Breakfast needs a bit of organising though! One, complaint. Cleaning needs to be done more often. When it was done it was fine though. I was on ward 19. Just minor problems with the brekkie, nothing to worry about really. Think cleaners need to come around a bit more regularly. They did a good job though.

All the nurses and doctors are amazing and took excellent care of my mum and dad. Ward 15 and Ward 2. Truly amazing service. Thank you!

Most of the staff is friendly, this is the only thing you can highlight in this hospital as something positive. The air conditioning doesn't work properly, hot during the day, cold during the night. It's not clean at all for a hospital Cark park cost is really high Waiting time terrible, they are always too busy Too small for the population in MK Rooms and installations are old and low quality
