I have been working with this agency for the past one year and i can only speak highly of them. Generally their customer service is good but my consultant is the best and his name is Manny. He always makes sure to book me shift whenever am available to work. I am currently a full time agency nurse so is paramount i get consistent shift which they always come through for me plus good rate. I will recommend this agency to any health care worker.

Great efficient company, I have no complaints. Always deliver what they promise, Roval is my consultant and is a lovely professional young man, never lets me down and Is in contact weekly to check if I have any problems at work and life in general. I signed up with this agency after they promised they could find me work Nationally. After successfully going through compliance I was assigned an consultant who sent my cv to various trusts. My consultant offered me great rates of pay to travel and to stay on site. A couple of weeks later I was informed my consultant had left and was given a new consultant. He said I had been given the wrong rates Of pay and the correct ones were 13 per hour lower than offered when my cv was sent. I feel that this agency recruits by offer high rates of pay and when they want you to work they try to pay as little as possible. Spoke to one of their managers who promised to resolve this issue and would find work with acceptable rates. Never heard from this agency again.
