Great job! Asked for custom made threads and everything was perfect. One mistake happened but glad they took responsibility and fixed it. Instalation was made by me so had to make everything fit perfectly but i don't mind doing it! Great quality oak, great stuff.

Had a dated sapele staircase renovated with oak newel posts, cladding and glass. The price quoted by Oak Factor was less than half that from local carpenters so we were a little apprehensive that the quality may be inferior. The result exceeded our expectations. The renovation was completed in two days with so little damage to the surrounding walls etc. that I easily patch repaired and decorated myself. The installers worked very hard and were a pleasure to have on site. We are extremely pleased with the result and strongly recommend OakFactor to others.
