Very pathetic service and have very bad experience from the day 1 I signed up with them it's been a nightmare. I have to call customer service every single day to sort out the problem 8600 go back to customer bank account and I speak to customer service they put me the phone off and they told me you have no sale and no money with as and at the end they Sind me money back after 1 month latter I lost my business off this company . None of the manager is willing to talk about the issue I have. I have been going in circles with one person to another. Not recommend them at all, they won't resolve the issue but will put the blame on you. So stay away from them still they machine is on my house they asking me to pay then 600

Joseph was very helpful, informative and made the process extremely easy. We purchased the machine which looks very modern and easy to use. The rate are also really good and saved us a lot of money.

I had brought a card machine from them about 4 years contract therefore machine is not working properly. I used about 30 month but unfortunately I have to cancel it and they charge me 2100 pound which is very pathetic and poor customer service not very happy with them

We have been with rms 3 years and we could not be happier. We have been close due to lock down and during that time after speaking to customer service we only paid our PCI 4.95 a month. Now we are planning to re open and our machine would not connect, we are old and struggle with technology, we spoke to customer service who arranged for sales rep to come in Josh who is now a corporate sales manager but he still found time to come in and help us. We are delighted with the service and we know many local businesses are also happy RMS customers. Thanks a million Josh and Customer service.

Really disappointed with the customer service. Staff are unhelpful, refuse to deal with issues and don’t respond to emails. Would not recommend. If your terminal works and you have no need to contact them they are fine. If things go wrong they don’t want to know. Shocking customer service
