I live in the manchester area ,I pay for signed for mail to RBS in Milton Keynes, royal mail NEVER get a signature for this mail ,meaning I have to keep ringing R B S to check it has arrived as it shows on check /trace website still in our system, (royal mail) ,I fully understood that due to Corona virus safety is no1 no contact person to person ,on contacting R/mail they say the person who delivered the letter SHOULD put a code on to the system so when I check this code is showing so I know it has been delivered. Just to lazy

Very polite and friendly staff, always willing to help. Pros -Open everyday -Waiting area big enough for at least 5/6 people -There is lots of parking -Steps and a ramp for wheelchair access. Cons -None

Very efficient and fast service! Simple to remember opening times on a small plate outside. Parking available. Staff is always helpful and welcoming. A charming looking Lady is their latest acquisition at the Counter. Compared to Bletchley, Kiln Farm is in another Galaxy!
