Sava was a brilliant course! I would highly recommend to anyone if they are looking to either further there property career or generally are interested in Surveying. The course is taught my industry leading professionals with unimaginable knowledge. The learning process is part time so can fit in with your job and home life. I have recently qualified and cannot think of a better course and course provider to have offered this opportunity.

You don't get a better welcome than that, and also Austin makes a mean coffee!

I have recently completed the level 6 diploma in residential surveying and valuation through SAVA. I cannot speak highly enough of the course structure and content. The classroom days are taught by leading surveyors, who are still practicing, and along with the support from the training team the whole process was a really enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend the course to anyone wishing to enter the world of residential surveying.

I have completed the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation with Sava, subsequently utilise the Home Condition Survey report format and also recently completed the Invasive Non Native Plants Certificate. In my experience, all course content and delivery is first class, with great support from Sava when needed. I have always found Sava to be highly professional, efficient and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend the Diploma highly enough and have not looked back since gaining my qualification. But, don't take my word for it, attend a careers day, speak to the team and see for yourself!

I had a great experience with SAVA from start to finish! The sessions were good and the guys leading the sessions were brilliant, very supportive! The team at SAVA were also very helpful when I had some post course queries regarding my RICS application.

When I first heard of SAVA and the level 6 Residential Surveying and Valuation course, I was a bit unsure of the whole concept and what was involved. After attending a briefing event in Nottingham, I came away from there knowing that this was the course for me. The briefing event was well delivered and gave me all of the information I needed regarding the course and answered all of my underlying questions. Once I was enrolled on the course, I attended my classroom days in Milton Keynes. The tutors who delivered the lessons were all very knowledgeable and most importantly, very approachable. It was never a chore to stop and explain anything that I was unsure of and it gave me great confidence knowing that I understood the respective subject. Behind the scenes, the SAVA team were always on hand to assist and help with any issues during the course, such as moving course locations when I could not attend in Milton Keynes. Now that I am at 100% portfolio completion and have one more exam to pass, the SAVA team are still on hand to assist and support me. If you are thinking of enrolling on the course but are unsure like I was, I would advise to attend a briefing event to gain a greater understanding of the course and the pathways it can create for you as a Residential Surveyor.

The tutors are great and the course does get you to AssocRics level HOWEVER, the SAVA team are very poor. The level of service you receive from the SAVA team does not match the price tag. Formal complaints fell on deaf ears and subsequently ignored with staff found to be rude and standoffish. Far more communication is provided when you show an interest in signing up and spending with them, the aftercare almost nonexistent. I would recommend the course to get into surveying but don't expect much once you have finished the tutor days. Very average.

Excellent course content and great tutors, you get a thorough understanding of the Surveying Profession and after qualifying I was offered a job and haven't looked back. Well worth the hard work it takes to achieve the Diploma. Highly recommended.
