I’ve recently purchased a Toyota Corolla 1.8 Design from Steven Eagell in Milton Keynes. The Sales Executive, Patrick Graystone, was excellent (10/10) and made the whole process simple. I Recently bought a new car from Steven Eagell MK. From the Start Paul B made me feel like a valued customer. he made sure he had the car I wanted and discussed what options were available to me. After this Paul assigned me to Vickas in his team to continue the process in buying my new car. through out the whole process Vick made sure that I was kept updated, had all the information I needed and answered all of my questions (there were a lot). When I came to collect my car Vick made me feel so welcome and excited it really made the whole experience a memorable one. Dan is proactive, and pressure free. He is extremely knowledgeable in providing comparative data between make and model options, an exceptional experience. Excellent service and Communication. Dan was a pleasure to deal with. It comes across that it’s more important to him that you are happy with everything about the car before any sort of sale.
