I ordered school uniform before the school closed for the summer an when it arrived there was an issue with the order. This has still not been corrected and the children are back at school next week. Customer service has not been great if you can talk to anyone and the voicemail is always full. Sadly have to now visit in person to sort this out.

This uniform company is not fit for purpose. Run by rude and unprofessional people who don't have any manners or idea how to talk to customers. They messed up my kids uniform and tricked me into signing up for Paypal account which i didn't need or want. I have registered my official complaint with the school and wasn't surprised to see other frustrated parents also sharing my concerns and in the process of making complaints. I hope someone takes on the management of this business and either fire them all or shut it down altogether.
Very poor customer service. Order placed 10 days ago and still no updates. Had to call to the shop and was explained that another 3 days I will have to wait. When I asked to deliver to school I was told that another 4 or 5 days days to wait because they deliver to school only on Thursdays or Fridays. In total I have to wait 17 days.
Very helpful brilliant service I ordered the wrong items but they corrected my mistake instantly thanks again
