Rang in the week to ask if I needed an appointment to view a Tesla Model 3 and was told no just come along to the showroom and you can view. Checked opening times and drove 30 miles to Milton Keynes today to find it closed. Rang Tesla and they advised they have removed all showroom vehicles to sell and closed their showrooms. Tesla website has no information on stores being closed and shows open today on Google. Brilliant now driving 30 miles back home in my diesel car which has helped me with the decision to go with the Mercedes EQC. Wonderful customer service!

Went into dealership in Centre MK this afternoon with my partner as interested in getting an electric car, we stood in the show rooms check in for at least 5 minutes whilst 2 members of staff chatted to each other. There were no other customers in the show room, but the staff looked over numerous times at us but did not acknowledge as once. I know we were not dressed in suits and just in casual clothing but no need to be ignored.

Had my Model 3 delivered the precious day by a car courier with no real handover. Popped into the centre MK dealership and Musa talked me through everything, got the app working and demonstrated all features on the car. Really helpful and professional service - thank you.
