Great service from very knowledgeable and approachable staff. Having not been on a snowboard for a number of years, I needed a new board/boots/bindings etc as mine were about 17 years old. I am someone that would normally shop around and order online. But after a few visits to the store whilst my daughter was having ski lessons, I realised that the knowledge and advice from the guys in the store was invaluable. They really new their stuff! I ended up buying all my equipment from the store and thanks to their advice am confident I have the right set up for my needs. I would recommend and use again. Thank you :)

Jeff was a huge help in organising new gear for a last minute trip. He even looked up google map routes for me to pickup the last items in stock from the various stores, on my way down from Manchester to London. Then he spent time in store helping me get a new lid I’d forgotten about... It was my only opportunity to get all that I needed and he delivered. Top service. Give this guy a raise.

TSA as part of the Ellis Brigham store is great and the staff are all fab. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, offer advice without pushing sales and are happy to hear your ideas. You can chat to them for hours. They've got some really nice kit and deals on when you buy set combinations (e.g. boots, boards, bindings comes with a big discount). Worth a visit!
