Took a while to be served and there was a big queue behind me. There was only one person serving who was doing the best that she could but they need more people serving!

Wouldn’t sell my husband a Large Letter stamp without seeing the envelope so have got to make yet another journey to get one. The card says Large Letter on it! Would he have not sold us a book of stamps because he couldn’t see the envelopes they were going on? Officialdom gone
