Social distancing well organised. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Service excellent. All our food was lovely. Certainly would go again. Definitely worth trying if you have not already been.

Friendly and polite staff. The food is amazing, especially the chicken burger, which I would recommend to anyone. It is actually not a burger, but chicken fillets in breadcrumbs in a bun but it tastes sooo good. The service is fast and considering social distancing is in place the quality of service all round could not be better. I continue to be a returning customer because you will struggle to find a better place to eat out local. I would recommend to anyone.

What an horrible experience we had today. Just when we finished work (10hr shifts) thought we could go and try our local place. First of all - don't bother waiting by bar to order your food, you may as well shout it as no one what so ever cares about you waiting in a queue to order (it's down to customers as well obviously but it's up to staff to make sure they give the best service as they can even if its busy, its not really that busy on Wednesday is it?) Then while ordering, lady behind the bar was making so many mistakes/errors that she had to keep asking for her manager to clear her till so she can start again - fair play she might been new starter or just getting used to the system. I've ordered peroni as well (it was still, no gas) We waited about 2 minutes for our starters so I can't really guarantee whether they were freshly made. It was a soup of a day and tower of onion rings. Onion rings were cold, soup tasted greasy and very sour. When I've asked staff, when was the soup made I've been informed that the soups are made fresh daily (*attitude changed when I've asked about it)- I highly doubt it. As I was getting more and more fed up I've realised we have waited about 45 minutes for our mains. We didn't even tried them as we have been served with no cutlery. After we waited for about another 10 minutes (with food in front of us while staff was walking around our area) we have left hungry and angry. I believe there is a big management/ownership issue in there because everything is all over the place, poor customer service, horrible quality of food and staff running around like crazy. I believe this place will see it's good days again because what we experienced today wasn't what we were expecting.
