This is the second occasion we have used Minster Windows as we were very happy with the previous work. I am pleased to say that they did not disappoint. Cannot fault them. Great staff - friendly, tidy and efficient. Good value and quality. The experience from sales to completion was excellent. Happy to recommend and would certainly use them again. We've had two projects with Minster (incorporating Millennium), a conservatory some months ago and a patio door in the past week. Very happy with both jobs. The fitters arrived on time, did a professional job and were friendly and easy to have around. Minor hitch with a defective door pane, but it was swiftly replaced without fuss. Office based staff were very helpful and efficient too. We're considering replacement windows now and Minster will be the first company we ask to quote.

Very disappointed with the lack of after purchase service. If your door lock breaks out of office hours you loose your warranty (if you get it secured) unless you ‘leave your door unlocked until we open’ . NOT a realistic option from Saturday until Monday morning opening Very poor. I do not recommend sadly.
