The best place for Mr Ruben to finish his journey. Pauline and David were amazing at a difficult time. I was comforted to know that I would receive Ruben back. The service they provide is second to none. You can see the genuine love and care they put in to making sure your difficult time is made easier.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Pauline and David. From the first phone call, to collecting my budgie Charlie, I experienced nothing but sympathy, compassion, understanding and professionalism. I was able to take Charlie to them straight away and shown all the choices for bringing him home. It was such a difficult and emotional time losing my best friend, made a little easier by such a wonderful couple. A first class service. I now have Charlie home with me. Pauline and David are such beautiful people inside and out. They could not have done more to reassure us that our beautiful boy Ivory, our special Canaan dog was in the best hands possible and he was. Their sympathy and understanding make this couple quite unique in a world where profit normally dictates everything and the opposite is true of this couple. They remain professional at all times but you just know that their background with their own dogs has given them a total insight into the emotion we all feel at this sensitive time in our lives, regardless of breed or in deed whatever type of animal they are dealing with. We cannot thank David and Pauline enough for their compassion and understanding following the passing of our beloved Rocky. David met us at the vets at short notice and took Rocky once he had been put to sleep. We collected his ashes the same day. A professional but caring service from start to finish, even during COVID times - highly recommend to ease the pain of losing a much loved pet.
