I got in touch with Cats Protection after doing some research as my partner and I have been wanting to adopt a cat for quite some time. It just so happened that a stray cat had given birth to 6 adorable kittens who were all in need of rehoming! After submitting an application and having an initial phone call followed by a formal adoption call, we reserved one of the kittens from the litter. They sent through all the official paperwork (medical history, pet insurance documents etc). We found the whole process of adoption with Cats Protection really positive, everything ran smoothly and we were always informed of next steps. The staff were all really helpful and kind. Our kitten Roxy arrived just a week later and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Cat Protection Mitcham our family is now complete and we couldn’t be happier! Adopt don’t shop :)

Came here on a fact finding mission to learn about cat adoption so we could get one in a few weeks / months; and ended up leaving with two kittens. The staff were super helpful and the centre really is doing excellent work. The cats are well looked after and set up perfectly for a second chance

We adopted our cat from here and could not recommend them more. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the cats are brilliantly looked after. Adopting was informative, the information packs were particularly helpful, but straight forward. Could not recommend more!

Extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgable staff. I visited on a Sunday morning and had such a great if not emotional experience. The cats are well looked after and the whole place is bright and clean. The registration process was quick and simple yet thorough. I had unlimited time with cats chosen to suit my situation, which reduces anxiety and upset for cats being regularly met and then not taken home. I can't rate this place enough, thank you.
