No job too small. Stephen welded our vintage folding dining chairs, perfectly done and unbelievably reasonable price. It is a pleasure to find such great service. No wonder Shelley Engineering gets 5 stars from everyone. Highly recommended.

Excellent work! Called the team on site to carry out repairs to our Entry Gate to William Booth College in Camberwell. The team, especially Ion, came with great suggestions and done an amazing job! Really happy with the end result.

We had a steel 4-poster bed hand-crafted about 15 years ago. However, when we moved house, we found that the bed parts, when disassembled were too large to get through the stairs up to the new apartment. Upset and in desperation, we sent the bed to Shelley Engineering and asked them to modify the frame into smaller sections, so that we could get it into the new apartment. We discussed with Shelleys possible places to 'cut' the frame and the price seemed reasonable, but we secretly expected the bed to look modified - the alterations being a payoff for us being able to use the bed in our new home. Shelleys managed to make the alterations within just two days which was great. What we didn't expect was the outstanding workmanship, it’s a work of art! The lines that were cut are so clean, one barely notices them. Also Shelleys’ clear and deep understanding of metal tolerances, meant that, although the bed now consists of 10 components increased from the original 4, the strength of the frame is just as good. They also cleaned up some of the old welded joints too - not part of the brief, just pure passion for excellence on their side. And, of course, apart from seeing our bed gleaming in steel glory once more, it’s great to get a decent night's sleep again :)

I had a custom balustrade made for the stairs in my Victorian home that I am refurbishing. The design had to blend with the character of the house and was quite detailed in parts. Dragan did a fantastic job and was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend him and the team.
