Should have come out to replace broken shutter slats on a van.was told would phone when coming. was told a certain day but no show.was told they had an emergency which is fine and understandable and so i said if it is a push trying to get out then tuesday is fine which was 5 days later.was told ok.no show and when messaged was ignored.i have vulnerable customers so cant take a risk of the shutter breaking completely when out serving them so this type of customer service is unwelcomed
