INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. They replaced a cracked screen on my iPad. The screen was a cheap, nasty, knock-off version and the Home button kept sticking. Took it back for this to be replaced and they mistakenly replaced the inner screen instead, which immediately severely reduced the display brightness. Michael the owner refused point blank to rectify these errors, and hung up the phone on me twice. If life wasn't too short I would take them to court, but quicker and more effective to warn all other consumers out there - DO NOT USE THIS NASTY, AMATEURISH COMPANY.
