I've sent my mobile for a repair... It took a week, I was charged more than the quotation and it came with another issue that I'm 100% that it didn't have! (And unfortunately I just realise about it when I arrived at home). I've contacted them on the next day and they refused to repair it. I would exchange my mobile if I knew all the trouble these guys would cause me.
