We needed the lock changed on our french doors as we had lost the one and only key to them. Michael was great, so easy and professional to deal with. He came as soon as we called (we were lucky we caught him in our area) and fitted a new one which only took 10 minutes. Quick, professional and very COVID conscious which was a bonus! 5 stars
