I have started using their product ever since Nov 17 and since then it has been very good, in terms of protecting my phone from scratches, looking aesthetically good, and general wear and tear. Good service too. Last month I went on holiday and that was the real test. Dropped my phone a few times unfortunately and guess what?! The front screen cracked, so much for the so called protection! The protections in the corners were pathetic too. I must have spent in total 70 on the initial product and “life time guarantee” repairs. For me, it is expensive and for me to pay that amount my friends even call me crazy. I wouldn’t be as mad if the product actually worked. It’s nothing more than a plastic film that markets as the best phone protector, what a load of BS! Yes, if you don’t drop your phone there’s no problem and the product is good, but it doesn’t serve its purpose for protecting the full body of the phone when dropped. AVOID! When I buy my next phone, I’ll just get a standard case and tempered glass that will do a proper job regardless of the bulkiness.

AVOID this Meadowhall, Shefield location at all cost. I paid 50 for their so called protective cover. I had to wait 1 hour for them to do the process. After receiving my phone back - not only was this expensive phone protector peeling from the side, but they also damaged my phone. A brand new phone I purchased from 02 that same day, that I took out of the box and gave them to put the cover on it. As I wanted to protect my 800 phone. The 'Manager', called Asim, an unprofessional obnoxious man - kept denying they caused the damage. Even though he saw me unwrap my new phone from its box in front of him. 3 months I have been going back and forth on emails with their customer service, appalling service. They won't do anything to rectify the damage they caused. As this place is a franchise. The owner has all my details, still hasn't had the decency to contact me. Looking at the other genuine reviews - this company like to ignore customer issues and make you go round in circles. Don't spend your money with these scammers. Not only do they damage your device - dents/scratches, but also this lifetime guarantee protector is just a thin cheap tape, that peels off and won't protect your phone from a minor scratch, let alone impact damage. Any 'positive' reviews they have are from their own people.

In my humble and technical opinion, of which includes 30 years working in the electronic and tech industry..This product is a con. It's a piece of stretchy plastic. It peels of in the corners, is by no means as tough as the marketing suggests, and cannot and will not save your device if dropped. The guarantee is nonsence . A guarantee by definition covers you entirely if the item fails. They charge you a fitting cost if the item fails even though there is a guarantee...Not sure if it's even legal. Look buy a glass screen protector for your device, they are only cheap, and easy to fit with a little care...Avoid this rubbish at all cost....By the way the cost of this product is horrendous..AVOID.

My wife took her phone there fully functioning. The heating process destroyed the battery and screen. We replaced the phone, they offered to repeat the treatment, we declined and they eventually refunded the 8nstallation fee. It was our job to replace the phone. She took it there at the recommendation of my son. He accidentally dropped his phone on the bathroom floor this weekend. The treatment did not protect his phone which cracked. They offered to repeat the treatment if we had the phone repaired. Give them a wide berth.

Went in other day in an attempt to get my phone a nice, sleek fitting with their "fusion" range and material and just 3 weeks later, the sides of the material peeled off... So, after going to them a second time to see what they could do about it, they said that I had to pay an extra 12 for a redo. IM TELLING YOU NOW DO NOT GO HERE! I am a helpless victim so all I can do is warn others...

These guys are amazing. I bought a Samsung watch and had a screen protector put on. I had an accident and really thought that I had smashed my watch face but luckily the screen protector they had fitted worked perfectly and saved my screen. I went back and they replaced it at no extra cost. They really are amazing people and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had this fitted on my mate 10 pro absolutely love it!! The fitting process didn't take long at all and the customer service was superb! Lifetime warranty too, which was explained thoroughly. End result looks awesome too! I'm really disappointed to see these guys have a few 1 star reviews, as i was so happy with this service
