I don't know how these clowns do business but given the lack of consideration of their workers in blocking a whole pavement with their van I don't hold out much hope of a good service

Couldn't be more dissapointed in Mobility Living Centre. My parents chose this local company to fit my father's chair lift. They were given no information or documentation on their returns policy, so when my father died before using the chair, my mum was very upset to find out that they would only offer a nominal amount to return,which she refused. Also they fitted the wrong coloured seating cover twice, so in the end my mum was so upset she just accepted the coloured she didn't want just to get it over and done with so she didn't have to deal with this company again. The quality of the seat covering was also very shoddily fitted. This company need to give it's customers,who are mostly old and frail the sales paperwork that gives them clear information about their returns policy as currently they are trading in a very unprofessional way and also warrenty information as my mum does not have this in formation either. Neither myself or my family would recommend Mobility Living Centre, but we would recommend you find another company that gives their customers the information they legally need as a consumer and the quality of service and product they deserve.

Would highly recommend the Mobility Living Centre. We had a new shower area fitted by the hardworking & friendly Pavel. Very friendly office staff too on the other end of the phone. Great service by all.

The chairlift engineers are always professional and reliable. Always, come out for routine 6 month check, which they did yesterday, making sure my Mum's chair lift is in perfect working order. And, are just a phone call way if needed.
