I used Modrics to do a building survey for a house we are buying. Initially , they were very responsive, nice and cooperative. The survey report was comprehensive and very useful. My only problem that after hiring them (while waiting for the report and after receiving it) it was very difficult to get hold of someone who can confirm when the report will be ready and answer a follow up question on the report! That was a little disappointing!

Used Modrics earlier this year and they were superb! From the initial contact with Victoria to arrange everything, through to getting the results of the survey, the team were always exceptionally helpful and efficient. When we had a few questions after the survey came back, Chloe was extremely helpful in going over the questions and taking the time to put our minds at ease. Although the purchase did not go through in the end, at least next time the stress of knowing who to ask to do the survey is removed as we will definitely be returning!
