From the start Momentous were informative, professional and quick to respond to any query we had. They guided us through the ins and outs of a full office removal which made a potentially stressful situation much easier despite the pressure of the job having to be completed within 8 working days! They also managed to deliver additional packing crates before the moving day as we didn't have enough. Their team of removal men were helpful, considerate and friendly, couldn't do enough to make sure it went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. the future but my advice would be to always over order on the crates.

Momentous did the relocation of our apartment from a storage unit in the USA to our house in UK. We relied on Momentous to do the packing in the US without us there. They provided a very efficient and reliable service throughout the process. There was really good communication from the staff as they kept us updated regularly on progress, and everything happened as planned. We never had any worries. The delivery team were friendly, helpful and removed all packing materials. Momentous Relocation gets a very high recommendation from us.
Momentous I am pleased to say were thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. From David the moving consultant who came to inspect and assess the house and furnishings to be moved along to the guys that physically moved us on the day. All were excellent and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them. We moved within the UK and used the packing service - I wish we'd have had the unpacking service too on reflection though.
Overall good service however I don't know why all of my well organised drawers needed to be emptied and wrapped in random bits of paper rather than just stuffed and packed in boxes as they were. I'm still trying to locate things! And the identification stickers are disastrous. I can't actually get the remnants of them off a lot of my furniture - more than a bit annoying...
All the service was well done, every single member of the team was extremely professional, diligent and careful. I definitely would choose this company again.
We were properly informed on any details of our move and everything was well taken care off. All our goods were unpacked and all packing materials were removed. The movers themselves were friendly and arrived at the time that was agreed.
