Broadband disappears, no one want to answer the phones. My solution has been relatively simple, I have switched to a major player from this backstreet provider. I have cancelled the Direct Debit due the end of this month, so you damn well better be speaking with me if you want some payment.

I recently moved house and have been waiting for the last week for them to get my internet running after being given a date when I would be back online again. Also, I've been out of contract for the last 3 months without them telling me so I've cancelled my direct debit and the only money they're getting is what I owe for the last month. You can hardly ever get through to them and then they fob you off with different excuses. Very disappointed with them.

Have been trying to get a line fault sorted for 6 days, I have managed to get an answer on the phone 3 times out of well over 40 phone calls. Been promised calls back and never received them I have requested a call back on the website and not received any and have emailed them on their contact us page with no response at all. This company do not deserve customers they are sh...........

Firstly I must say NO NOT USE !! They promise you everything but offer nothing they don't want any extra business by adding boradband to my fathers account when I was first able to speak to someone, they promised to get sales to call me back still waiting 3 weeks later. Then they cut my 82 year old fathers phone off just before Xmas without any explanation. Promised to have it restored in 7 days called me bacl to say it was going to be restored on 20 Dec, but now on 3 Jan 2020 it is still not working, oh yes they have taken the direct debit payment. Have sent an email to them but they have not even answered the email. Going to move to BT now. Have given them enough chances to get things right.

Same as everyone else on here had upgrade to line on 20th and basically no phone line since called and told me it would be sorted this was on 1st plus the upgrade went wrong apparently. Been calling non stop since and no answer emailed them via website and requested call backs nothing at all. We are moving to BT and cancelling DD. Absolutely shocking Spoke to Ofcom lots of reports going in I advise everyone to make a complaint to Ofcom about it

Worst internet provider witch I had. In beginning they promised high speed, and other good things. But it was just promises. I was with them around one and half year. Internet was slow, reseption all the time was disappearing. We couldn't watch online movies normal, because all the time was lagging. Now already three weeks I'm trying to call them about cancelation of my contract, but nobody is answering. Its look like that customer service is not existing. I wroted them about 3 - 4 emails. But nobody is answering. Before choosing this provider, you should think very well.

Don't answer phones. Don't respond to letters sent by post. Expect you to pay even after you've left.

No new router. No internet and no calls getting answered. I've got a sneaky suspicion they have gone out of buisness. Absolutely raging that they have left me like this. I work from home and is caused me huge problems.
