RIP OFF ! You buy an equipment for your business assuming that Made in UK brand will have a more reliable service. The brand new oven that you have paid significant amount faults in 3 years, and you ask for a service they quote you 550 VAT just as a service fee which does not include any spare parts or a return visit!! Who on earth is making such easy money?
