Very poor quality and unprofessional establishment. I used them once and certainly will not return. I placed a silk dress in for a replacement zip, it returned appallingly, they did not replace zip, but repaired it by cutting off the bottom few inches and re stitching, the zip also snagged at two points. The stitching was messy, at an angle and threads all over the place (I could have done a better job) We returned the dress and complained, they took the dress promising to rectify. They had the dress for over 2 months, it was never there when we returned to collect on 4 further occasions (too late for the occasion it was needed). When I finally collected, the stitching was still awful and it ruined the dress. I complained and he dismissed the complaint saying his wife had done wedding dresses for years and there was nothing wrong with it. During the complaint in which I remained very calm, the gentleman laughed at me numerous times, told me I didn't know what I was talking about and he told me "it's an old dress anyway". This dress was an expensive infants silk dress by Escada. I said the least he could do after ruining the dress was refund the amount paid for the repair. Again, he just laughed, said he was not talking to me anymore and said no. I would not recommend you use these people if you value your clothes- appalling, poor quality service. I do not think all their staff are seamstresses (different Foreign people each time we went into the shop, some limited English) and very unprofessional service. Very sad that a local establishment treats local honourable customers like this.
