Whilst the quality of the windows may be good this company is let down by the after sales service. Promises to ring back which never happen and double booked appointments without advising they are not coming so waited in all day for nothing. The owner Russ is incapacitated at the moment and I feel sure he wouldn't be too pleased.

I've had 6 Windows made by Moody's glass and always a great service and well priced I would recommend them to anyone
Absolutely fantastic service within a hour I had someone with me the window was out, sofa back in and the window re sealed. The man who came out even helped move the sofa. Fantastic family run local business and I would highly recommend.
Excellent service friendly helpful staff glass cut to size sealed units can usually be made up same day unless special requirements certainly recommend
Moody's have just finished replacing all the doors and windows in my house and to say I am happy is an understatement. The finish is high, the service is excellent and the fitters are fabulous. If you want good quality windows with an excellent service then I would highly recommend Russ and the team, they just go that extra mile to get things perfect.
Not a good start. Booked appointment for a couple of days phoned and checked to see if someone was still calling to measure up a couple of days before. Was told no appointment had been booked. Judging by some of the feedback on here I think we'll be better going elsewhere. No one turned up at all today to measure up for our new window. Best to avoid these and go elsewhere.
Avoid this company at all costs, as they have taken 800 from my parents in August 2018 on a promise to undertake the work of fitting a caravans windows before shut down in October. As of yet January 2019 the work has not yet been started. They have rang numerous times to talk to Steph, who is never available so Court proceeding are in hand to get their deposit of 800 back. This has been a very stressful time for them as my father is in his late 70's and has had numerous cancer scares. I would not recommend this company what so ever.
would not recommend this company the service and quality are a disgrace. they fitted my caravan windows wish they had not. Now I have a frosted glass in my front room plus loads more issues
