Great staff helped us negotiate the complex payment system to get the best ticket prices from here to Old Street. Once on the tube an efficient ride. Comfortable and quick.
I had a problem to out because of my oyster card at 23:00 Thursday 13th August. The staff at the door was not very helpful and also trying to give a lesson. The oyster card is plastic so somehow could be broken and he told me i broke the card. Yes i broke the card it is only plastic. I was trying to ignore and leave but the sraff kept trying to give a lesson. I know tfl staff don't need to pay for the commute but i had to pay extra money because my card couldn't touch out. Especially, this hard time the staff could be more helpful. Everyday we need to pay extra money for commute to buy a mask. I am not asking they need to smile but at least they can help. Very disappointed If I was not local, I would never use this station.
Sometimes the announcements say the wrong platform for the first train. It's more frustrating Kate or early at the day.
Old style station, always attended in the Station Station clean and tidy but problem is trains frequently maybe every 2min this is the last stop of northern line people left all of rubbish in the train, overall very good one thing needs to be improved always wrong information displayed they need to look on it.
