Beware - policy over service! I'm so disappointed. I/my family have used More Handles a few times and I'd always been happy but my recent experience has completely changed that. I was given some handles for christmas but only opened the box when the kitchen fitter arrived the other day, to discover I'd been given the wrong thing. I asked to swap them - They're still current stock, none of the plastic packaging has been opened, and the ones I actually want are substantially cheaper but I wasn't looking for any money back and was happy to pay the delivery charge for the replacements. More Handles wouldn't help because it's outside their return/exchange policy date. I do hope the 68 sale they made on me purchasing the replacements (what's the profit on that? 10?) was worth this review and the loss of me as a customer. Rubbish service. I won't be back.

This is a genuine review (my orders #100134638 and #100158999). This could so easily have been a negative one-star review but thanks to Jo, I now have a completely different view of this company. I placed an order in March for a sample handle which, understandably due to the national Covid-19 lock down, took one month to arrive. Having found a carpenter to make our wardrobe in August, I ordered more handles. A month later, still no handles and no reply to my emails. Then Jo phoned me a few days ago to tell me that Schwinn had stopped making those handles I wanted but would see if she could get at least one more (I needed 2 pairs) from the German supplier. No such luck. How likely am I to find good quality, nice looking stainless steel replacement handles with 480mm centres - not very likely. I searched many websites. To cut a long story short, thanks to Jo's persistence, half an hour later we managed to find 4 new replacement handles. The Covid pandemic is presenting challenges for everyone so I was prepared to be disappointed. Unfortunately, I'm not an easy person to please. However, Jo's calm and helpful manner has made this purchasing experience one of the best I've ever had. The reputation of any company rests with its employees so I would recommend More Handles without hesitation.

Excellent service from this company. All the staff I spoke to either in the store or over the phone were friendly, knowledgeable of the products and always efficient. Will took the order and made the whole process very easy. COVID caused some items to be delayed but I was kept up to date with delivery dates. Highly recommend.
