Excellent customer experience Spoke on live chat on Wednesday to ask advice on stock of a costume I needed for Friday, Dance & Leisurewear were the only company I could find that had stock of the item. Ordered at 2pm & it arrived following day, it looks beautiful & saved the day. Thank you so much I will definitely shop again an would recommend to others.

Placed a order at the beginning of may with next day delivery, the money left the bank on the following day. The order didn’t arrive we emailed, phoned & used the live chat on website but not one of our messages was responded to. After 3 weeks of waiting we drove the 1.5hrs to the shop, where we was promised a refund the following day. The refund came in 3days later. There was no communication what so ever from the shop. I believe if we hadn’t gone to the shop we would still be waiting for goods or refund.
Ordered some shoes from them online, very reasonably priced. They arrived within a few days, fit well (I ordered 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear) and they look great. Best dance shoes I ever had. Will order a second pair.
My daughter has her Grade 4 RAD exam looming and we needed new ballet shoes and convertible tights. This was a new website for us, but we shall certainly be using it again! We managed to purchase ballet shoes in satin and leather, tights, hair accessories and even super jazzy Ouch Pouch in carnival colours.... She loved them!
