Ideal for what you need. Sadly due to the pandemic a lot of shops had to close, like everywhere I know. However in general it has what you need. Including 2 fast food places.

This shopping centre is conveniently central to the township of Morecambe. I found it to be well heated, with some convenient public seats in spacious thoroughfares. There was a reasonable range of shops. The city of Lancaster is not far away but I think there is plenty of shopping opportunity provided within Morecambe for most needs.

Nothing like it used to be ? Surely it must be better to get the shop units open with some business in them and charging smaller rents , than having them empty and wanting larger rents . Not much in there to attract customers to go . The owners of the Arndale Centre need to invest in the centre to attract new businesses not run it down .

Oh dear.... Poor old Morecambe town centre, sad as it seems, if it wasn't for this 70's lump in the middle it would have completely died! In fairness to the centre it's reasonably full of shops, but Iceland, Poundland, and other such high end stores. The centre was well maintained and clean, maybe a good place to take shelter if the weather turns?
