Bought Gigabyte B550 AORUS B550 PRO AC Motherboard to upgrade from my Intel Z3 MSI Motherboard to Ryzen 9 5900x, quality is amazing, has a PCIe 4.0 for M.2 SSD as well as WiFi! Couldn't recommend a better budget Motherboard if you plan on upgrading!

My experience was brilliant. I made an urgent order just before 4 pm and received it at 10 am the next day. Due to the urgency, I booked online, followed by a phone call, and it felt like I was speaking to the top bossman, who really wanted to help, rather than someone in a call centre, and receiving little help. That's if I would get through at all. In comparison to a major player who was the cheapest after rigorous Google searches, I bought this product but after three days, it still had not been dispatched. I found the customer service awful, leading to me cancelling the order. So, I've paid about 2 extra on a 135 item from More Computers, and for that extra, I got honest and helpful service and quick delivery. The product arrived well packaged and was exactly what I ordered. I'd pay 2 for that service any day! This is just my experience I honestly don't usually leave reviews, but I really feel credit is due in this case.

Ordered a PC case on standard delivery and waited 5 days for the tracking number which was never uploaded. Emailed over the weekend and got a response from Danny first thing on Monday morning when office hours. Had a very pleasant back and forth with him and got a replacement case sent out the same day! Customer service is absolutely top notch, 5/5 EDIT: Replacement arrived 2 days after I first contacted More Computers, can't ask much more in terms of help!

Terrible customer service - don't believe what they say. Tried to buy an LG TV from More Computers, who accepted the order and took payment. Rather than receiving the goods, received an email stating \Owing to the nature of the product that you have ordered we are only able to proceed with your order if you agree to our business terms and conditions and you agree that this order is non-returnable.\ This does not meet distance selling regulations. Even after sending 3 emails stating agreement to this (reluctantly), there were no replies to the emails and no follow-up for over a week. After finally getting in touch with someone, given they have shut down phone lines, they said they hadn't received agreement to the terms and conditions. Only afterwards did they acknowledge the 3 emails had been sent. Also they said it was out of stock...it showed in stock on the website until 30 minutes later when it was removed from the site. Basically the company didn't want to fulfil the order at the price it had sold it for. After all that have to go elsewhere for a higher price with a lot of time and money wasted.
